The Celtic Hagiography Network is a professional scholarly network focused on the study of hagiography composed in Latin and the Celtic languages.
It is intended to bring together members of the academic community with interests in hagiography, the cults of saints, and related topics for collaboration, conferences, new publications, and other opportunities. Membership and involvement is open to anyone, but early career scholars are especially welcome.
Here also you will find a Bibliography of editions and translations of saints’ Lives, resources, and important/new publications.

While ‘Celtic’ and the idea of a ‘Celtic Church’ are historically problematic, the term ‘Celtic’ is here used in line with the broader field of Celtic Studies to refer to hagiography composed or translated into the vernacular languages of Ireland, Britain, and Brittany.
